— Showcase 1: Skillfully integrated – The All-in-One Switch Box

Efficiency and security are key in modern data center infrastructure design. In our “Skillfully integrated” showcase at DCW 2025, we present the All-in-One Switch Box – an intelligent solution that combines essential security components into one compact unit and significantly reduces installation effort on site.

The All-in-One Switch Box combines all key hardware components of access control and intrusion detection systems – including controller boards, power supplies, and circuit breakers – in one compact, preassembled unit.

Unlike conventional decentralized setups, it allows for centralized installation, significantly reducing on-site effort and installation time.

Designed for high-security environments, it’s the perfect fit for modern data centers.

essentry

essentry specializes in the digitalization of access processes. At the core of its product is identity verification at border control level and the automation of access procedures. essentry integrates seamlessly into existing processes and IT environments while maximizing security.

Originating in the demanding data center industry, the solution is shaped by strict high-security requirements and rigorous data protection, IT security, and compliance standards. To enable use across various industries, essentry has industrialized these standards and now offers its solution as a managed service.

Today, essentry operates in 10 countries across three continents, serving multinational enterprises, critical infrastructures, global consulting and auditing firms, and public sector organizations.

Identity verification is performed in three steps:

  1. Document check: Validation of the authenticity of over 7,400 ID documents from 196 countries.
  2. Liveness detection: A 3D depth camera conducts liveness detection and captures a real-time 3D portrait.
  3. Biometric face matching: Using AI and biometric technology, the image on the ID is compared to the real-time portrait taken on-site.
